Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in SCM, logistics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of supply chain, planning, or manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, updating, and maintaining production schedules to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate the availability of raw materials and packaging materials to support production requirements.
• Support demand planning and analyse forecasts to help align production with customer demand.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance data to monitor supply chain operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure planning and operational activities comply with quality, food safety, health, safety, and environmental standards.
