TFG in South Africa is seeking a Merchandise Planner to design seasonal and annual merchandise plans aligned with financial targets. You will forecast sales, margin, inventory and profit by department and category, and manage Open-to-Buy budgets to steer stock investments.

You will partner with Buyers to build balanced assortments, analyse trends and demand, and lead a small planning team. Advanced Excel and retail planning system experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' retail merchandise planning experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with retail planning systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, OTB, and retail financial planning.
