Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity for a Pharmacist at our Wonderpark store. You will dispense medications, provide pharmaceutical expertise to patients and healthcare professionals, and ensure safe and effective use of prescription medications.

Essential requirements include BPharm, SAPC registration, Matric and 2-3 years retail pharmacy experience. You will manage dispensing, claims submissions, and stock control while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualificações

• Comprehensive medicine knowledge including common dosing regimes and drug interactions.
• Excellent communication skills to guide patients on medication usage and side effects.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literate with experience in SAP, E-Scripting, Unisolv and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medication under supervision and ensure compliance with SAPC guidelines.
• Accurately interpret scripts and capture details in the system.
• Provide patient counseling and explain medical aid costs to patients.
• Process claims, maintain customer profiles and manage stock levels.
• Ensure accurate labeling, packing, and checking of medications.
