• Monitor and improve Internal Customer Service Survey outcomes.
• Advise patients and healthcare team on medication usage, side effects, interactions and storage.
• Provide information on general health, medicines, immunisation and primary health care.
• Dispense prescriptions (hospital and retail) under supervision and document accordingly.
• Assist with the handling of oncology drugs per policy and procedure.
• Assist with stock control, re-packaging, and distribution of medicines; maintain stock levels.
• Conduct pharmaceutical audits and contribute to quality assurance and risk management.
• Support research and information resources for healthcare professionals and patients.
