Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic to provide pharmaceutical care and handle dispensation under SOPs at the Central Pharmacy. You will focus on administration of scripts and patient satisfaction while ensuring compliance with SOPs.

You will interact with customers, capture scripts, manage patient profiles and liaise with health care professionals to ensure accurate service and timely resolution of queries.

Qualifications

• SAPC and relevant legal knowledge.
• Sound knowledge of the chronic authorization process and procedures.
• Customer service orientated.
• Ethical working practice and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a professional manner and with strict confidentiality within SOP and agreed timelines.

To focus on the administration of scripts to provide general dispensing duties with the emphasis on patient satisfaction

Job Objectives

• ·Accurate capturing of scripts received at the Central Pharmacy centre
• ·Handling of queries regarding prescriptions

• ·Assist with Chronic authorizations
• ·Liaison with all other departments
• ·Ad hoc requirements as per operational requirements
