Clicks Group is hiring a Pharmacist Assistant QPB to support day-to-day dispensary administration and pharmaceutical care services in a permanent role.

You will contribute to stock control, dispensing administration, and deliver general health guidance while upholding SOPs, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and integrity in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Matric with Maths (Essential).
• Minimum Health Professions Council SA requirements for Pharmacist Assistant levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care per SOPs and assist in dispensing.
• Maintain high customer service standards and care.
• Efficient stock control and administration including repacking.
• Dispensary administration and general health advice.
• Maintain housekeeping and display standards; support operational needs.

Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services (within scope of practice) and performing day-to-day dispensary administration according to company's Standard Operating Plans (SOPs).

Job Objectives:

• High standards of customer service and care
• Efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric with Maths (Essential)
• Minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic and Learner Basic)
