• Minimum 1 year in Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic role.
• Essential FE&T Certificate Pharmacist Assistant.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via telephone or in person within SOPs.
• Accurate capturing of scripts at the Central Pharmacy centre.
• Handle queries regarding prescriptions and medical information.
• Manage patient profiles and chronic authorizations where needed.
• Liaise with other departments to support service delivery.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by operations.
