Placements24 is seeking a Pharmaceutical Process Development Engineer to join the Paarl-based technical team. You will optimize manufacturing processes, validate methods, and drive technology transfer for new and existing products.

You will work at the interface of science and engineering, ensuring robust, compliant, and scalable processes for commercial production in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process development or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of chemical or biological process engineering principles.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations and validation requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities
