Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, manufacturing processes and QC in pharma.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong production planning, scheduling and resource management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to interpret batch records, SOPs and technical docs.
• Good written and verbal communication for reporting and coordination.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and quality control data.

• Conduct performance reviews for team members and identify development needs.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Planning departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, manufacturing processes, and quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide personnel.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Proficiency in interpreting batch records, SOPs, and technical documentation.
