The role demands a minimum of 8 years in QA within pharma with 3 years in management, plus strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. A hybrid work setup supports flexibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Extensive knowledge of GMP, ISO, and other relevant quality standards.
• Proven experience in managing audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in GMP compliance.
• Oversee internal and external audits, including follow-up actions.
• Ensure all quality documentation like SOPs and batch records is up-to-date.
• Lead CAPA system, investigate deviations and ensure effective resolutions.
• Manage change control processes and assess/implement changes.
• Provide training and guidance on QA principles and procedures.
