The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Matric qualification. Qualifications

• 5 years similar/relevant experience in industry or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Construction background advantageous.
• Stores experience advantageous.
• Health & Safety experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, primes, sands, seals, patches and paints furniture, surfaces, buildings, and fixtures.
• Plans and lays out work from blueprints, drawings or verbal instructions.
• Manage timelines with Stakeholders and ensure close out of maintenance issues.

Matric/ Grade 12 or equivalent
