Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in petrochemical plant operations.
- In-depth knowledge of refining, hydrocarbon processing and separation technologies.
- Familiarity with DCS and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control petrochemical processes to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Troubleshoot operational problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct process analyses to identify opportunities for yield improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure adherence to SHE regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance and safety teams to maintain plant integrity.
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.
