You will handle quotes, amendments, cancellations, document delivery, mentor junior staff, and monitor adherence to insurer rules while contributing to competitive premiums that protect the company from claims.

Qualificações

• Grade 12/Matric minimum
• Relevant qualification in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience with multiple insurers and broker systems

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Obtain quotes for amendments, additions, and new clients
• Ensure premiums are competitive
• Process amendments to existing policies
• Handle broker appointments
• Send and receive emails
• Send policy documents to clients
• Correspond with clients regarding unpaid premiums
• Process cancellation requests with portfolio managers
• Mentor junior staff and assist with training
• Ensure policy administration aligns with insurer guidelines
• Support Portfolio Manager to retain clients through competitive premiums and fees
• Take on additional tasks as requested by management
• Keep knowledge of products and regulatory changes up to date
