Qualifications

• FSCA-recognised FAIS qualification (NQF Level 5+).
• RE5 regulatory examination completed.
• Completed Class of Business: Investments and Long-Term Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans.
• Recommend investment, insurance and wealth solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Engage customers within branches to build advice-driven relationships.
• Convert qualified opportunities and referrals into new business.
• Build long-term client relationships through ongoing engagement and reviews.
• Achieve sales, activity, AUM and API targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and advice documentation.
• Adhere to FAIS requirements and internal governance standards.
