Job summary

FirstRand Corporate Centre seeks a Personal Financial Advisor to deliver holistic financial advice within the FNB branch network. You will leverage a strong brand, client ecosystem, referrals and digital tools to provide investment and life insurance solutions.

Minimum 3–5 years advisory experience and FAIS qualifications are required. You will build relationships, meet sales targets and maintain compliant records while working in a dynamic, target-driven environment across Gauteng and other

• Proven ability to assess client needs and develop suitable financial plans.
• Solid knowledge of investment, insurance and wealth products.
• Experience in consultative selling and converting leads.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Sound commercial sense and target-driven mindset.
• Solid FAIS understanding and regulatory compliance awareness.
• Proficient with digital advice tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans.
• Recommend investment, insurance and wealth solutions aligned to client objectives and risk profiles.
• Engage customers within FNB branches to build meaningful advice driven relationships.
• Convert qualified opportunities and referrals into new business.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing engagement and financial reviews.
• Achieve agreed sales, activity, AUM and API targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and advice documentation.
• Adhere to FAIS requirements, governance standards and regulatory obligations.
