Job summary

Red & Yellow Creative School of Business seeks an experienced Performance Marketing lecturer to join its academic team. The role involves teaching, mentoring and delivering lectures, workshops and tutorials across in-person and virtual channels, while ensuring quality and CHE compliance.

You will manage academic aspects of the programme, arrange guest lectures, masterclasses and peer support, and collaborate with Heads of Department to keep content current and engaging for students.

Qualifications

• NQF 8 qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience.
• Minimum 3 years teaching, course development and academic management experience in higher education.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the subject area is advantageous.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum.
• Develop and deliver lectures, workshops and tutorials: online and on campus.
• Participate in examination and moderation processes and promote students.
• Attend regular staff meetings and relevant faculty events.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and deadlines are met.
• Engage with industry contacts for ongoing development and relevance.
• Liaise with Heads of Department to maintain programme quality and growth.
