Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA highly preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in performance improvement consulting or related advisory roles.
• Proven track record in analyzing performance and implementing improvement strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Familiarity with performance metrics, KPIs, and operational frameworks.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage projects and teams remotely.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess client operational performance and identify key areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies and action plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
