Qualifications

• Proven track record diagnosing performance issues and implementing solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and interpretation.
• Familiarity with performance management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Experience with Eastern Cape clients is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to diverse client environments and challenges.
• Strong project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
