SolarAfrica-Energy-Pty-Ltd invites applications for a People Partner who will work with managers and employees across business areas to provide practical, consistent HR guidance and improve engagement and organisational effectiveness.

The role reports to the Head of People within the People Operations team and focuses on employee relations, performance management, and talent retention in a fast-growing energy environment. Travel may be required within South Africa.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years in a broad HR/People Operations role.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations and performance matters.
• Working knowledge of SA employment legislation and fair procedures.
• Experience handling disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, investigation and performance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, confidentiality and judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with managers to provide practical HR guidance and align on people priorities.
• Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes with accurate documentation.
• Coach managers on performance conversations, probation reviews, and development plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records and portfolio updates.
• Translate engagement insights into practical actions and monitor progress.
