The ideal candidate has 3+ years in offensive security, familiarity with Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Kali Linux, and holds relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Penetration Testing or offensive security experience.
• Certifications such as OSCP/CEH/GPEN/CISSP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on networks, web/mobile apps, and internal systems.
• Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities with detailed remediation guidance.
• Perform social engineering attacks (physical and digital) to test human weaknesses.
• Analyze results and produce clear reports outlining findings, risks, and mitigations.
• Collaborate with Dev and IT ops to ensure timely remediation.
• Stay updated on the latest testing techniques and threat landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on networks, web applications, mobile applications, and internal systems.
• Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities using various methodologies and tools.
• Perform social engineering attacks, both physical and digital, to test human vulnerabilities.
• Analyze test results and produce detailed, clear, and concise reports outlining findings, risks, and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with development and IT operations teams to ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Stay current with the latest penetration testing techniques , tools, and threat landscapes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Penetration Tester or in a similar offensive security role.
• Proficiency with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, and Kali Linux.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, web application security, and cryptography.
• Demonstrated ability to think like an attacker and identify complex security flaws.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or CISSP are highly desirable.
