You will utilize PaySpace to automate reports and streamline daily workflows while mentoring three Payroll Officers. A keen eye for accuracy will ensure correct salary calculations and third-party payments.

Qualifications

• PaySpace Advance or Super User Certification is essential.
• Experience managing payroll for 1,500+ staff.
• Strong knowledge of South African tax laws and labor rules.
• Experience leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly pay run for 1,500 employees across units.
• Automate reports and daily workflows using PaySpace.
• Mentor and support three Payroll Officers.
• Check salary details, wage calculations, and third-party payments for accuracy.
• Handle SARS EMP201/EMP501 submissions on time.
• Resolve staff payroll queries with a helpful attitude.
