Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with internal customers

Key Performance Areas

  • Third-party payments: Meet deadlines for payments, compile reports, do EFT payments, and ensure GL reconciliations have no outstanding issues longer than 60 days.
  • Queries: Provide feedback within standard query deadlines and escalate if necessary, keep records, and inform management.
  • Payment of payroll salaries: Meet deadlines and cut-off dates for various payroll categories, ensure data input accuracy, and comply with statutory requirements.
  • Administration & record keeping: Complete new employee files on time, meet audit standards, update leave records, and maintain filing systems.
  • Reporting: Monthly reports to managers, proactive reporting on overtime, leave, disability, sick leave, and third-party payments.
