Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and capture employee attendance and leave records.
• Process payrolls accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with statutory payroll deductions.
• Maintain updated employee payroll information.
• Generate and distribute payslips.
• Assist with payroll queries.
• Prepare payroll reports for HR and finance.
• Support year-end processes including IRP5 submissions.
