Qualifications

• Payments and SWIFT testing across payment systems.
• Test payment processing and ISO 20022 message scenarios.
• Validate integration between payment systems and upstream/downstream apps.
• Develop and execute regression tests and production scenarios.
• Analyse requirements and manage defects for release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Create, debug, verify, maintain and update technical test scripts.
• Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness.
• Deliver exceptional service by resolving queries fast and effectively.
• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with stakeholders including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff.
• Conduct test plans by unpacking requirements which include regression testing, system analysis and reviews.
• Create design steps from test cases, execute system validation plans and compile test scripts.
• Conduct systems analyses, design, coding, program debugging, testing and security/performance assessments across UIs.
• Create test scripts to test enhancements and new requirements and execute automated test scripts.
• Execute all test activities for allocated projects including test estimation and sign-off alignment.
• Manage testing defects and involve relevant business staff in QA testing.
• Design content of procedure guides and manuals for business users.
• Provide efficient service for the test analysis function through analysis, planning, execution and reporting.
• Continuously assess own performance and seek training as needed.
