FirstRand Limited in Johannesburg seeks a Technical Test Analyst to create, debug, verify, maintain and update test scripts for automated payment testing, ensuring alignment with business requirements. You will test SWIFT/ISO20022 messages, perform regression and system tests, validate reconciliation across interfaces, and drive release readiness with stakeholders, PMs and SMEs.

This role requires 4–5 years IT testing experience and a Technological degree.

Competenze

• 4–5 years of IT testing experience.
• Experience with Payments and SWIFT testing.
• Ability to test payment processing end-to-end and validate interfaces across systems.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain test scripts for automated and manual testing.
• Conduct regression, system and production scenario testing.
• Test payment systems and interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and timely defect resolution.
• Assist with release readiness, test estimation and sign-off processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (end-users, SMEs, PMs) on business requirements.
