You will be responsible for securing and managing PSP partnerships and navigating operational challenges in complex jurisdictions. • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PSP performance, manage escalations, and control payment-related risk exposure.
• Maintain multi-PSP redundancy to ensure payment continuity and risk mitigation

Job description

You will be responsible for ensuring our platform has the most robust, high-performance local payment connectivity in assigned markets. You are expected to navigate the complex intersection of high-risk processing, local banking infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do

• Secure, onboard, and manage alternative and high-risk PSPs across assigned markets
• Navigate regulatory, operational, and settlement challenges in complex jurisdictions
• Deep-dive into local banking rails (e.g., PromptPay, UPI, QRIS, Momo) to ensure our integrations are optimized for speed and reliability.
• Maintain multi-PSP redundancy to ensure payment continuity and risk mitigation
• Monitor PSP performance, manage escalations, and control payment-related risk exposure
• Support market expansion initiatives in close collaboration with Compliance and Business Development teams
