Requirements include a recognised pastry qualification, 3–4 years in a 5-star hotel or fine dining pastry environment, baking, patisserie and confectionery experience; strong planning, teamwork and guest

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years industry experience within 5-star hotel or Fine Dining Pastry Environment.
• Extensive range of experience in BAKING, PATISSERIE and CONFECTIONERY.
• Stable career growth and employment record.
• Outgoing personality with good people skills to liaise directly with guests.
• Comfortable creating new desserts for frequent changing tasting menu.
• Strong organisational, planning and administration skills.
• Multi-tasker, creative and innovative thinker who’s genuinely passionate about pastry production.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive work attitude and a strong team player

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and service of the pastry kitchen.
