Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within the catering or hospitality industry.

• Artistic flair and attention to detail in presentation.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods for catering events.
• Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory for the pastry section efficiently.
• Ensure all pastry items are prepared and presented to impeccable standards, meeting client expectations.
• Develop new and innovative dessert recipes, staying current with pastry trends.
