Mr D, a division of the Takealot Group, in Cape Town, is seeking a Junior Partner Success Associate to join our team. You will support the Partner Success team, assist with campaigns, and generate insights through reporting while maintaining clear communication with partners and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Communications and 1–2 years in an eCommerce marketplace environment.

Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
1–2 years of relevant experience in an eCommerce marketplace environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Partner Success team by assisting with central campaigns aimed at driving partner success on the Mr D platform.
Provide insights through reporting on performance and opportunities while maintaining excellent communication with partners and internal teams.
Collaborate with Mr D sales and key account management to support partner success-related tasks and KPIs.
Assist in executing promotional objectives by coordinating effective communication campaigns with partners.
Identify gaps in partner supply and address shortcomings across Mr D regions.
