Job summary

MR D Food is hiring a Partner Onboarding Associate in Cape Town to onboard new restaurant partners and manage menu and data quality across platforms. The role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will coordinate with restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure listings meet requirements, deadlines, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in e-commerce or a similar role.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners.
• Monitor restaurant and menu data in operational platforms.
• Execute workflows to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure data entry quality and accuracy across systems.
• Meet internal data quality KPIs.
• Interact with restaurants to establish listing requirements.
• Coordinate with Mr D Food account management teams.
• Support ad hoc team projects and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Takealot Delivery Network for go-live dates.
