Responsibilities

• Provide Adidas level service to customers.
• Handle basic sales transactions (cash, card, checks).
• Assist in ticketing and checking paperwork against receipts.
• Assist stock flow from backroom to sales floor as needed.
• Help develop in-store displays and follow management guidance.
• Learn and use the point-of-sale system accurately and securely.
• Greet customers and help them find the right product; act as greeter during peak times.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safeguard store assets.
• Support loss prevention and report suspicious activity.
