Qualifications

• Previous experience in Catering Assistant or similar customer-facing role within hospitality.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards of service and presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of food and beverages, including basic cooking tasks, plating, and garnishing under supervision.
• Help set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, buffets, and bar areas according to detailed event plans.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a polite, efficient, and professional manner, anticipating their needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in catering areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Support the event captain and team during service, responding promptly to requests and resolving minor issues.
• Assist with breakdown and clean-up of event spaces post-service.
