Job summary

GAP Consulting SA is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager/Engineer for a paper manufacturing environment in Durban. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure reliability and uptime across FMCG converting plants.

Candidates should hold a BEng, BTech or ND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have at least five years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Maintenance Manager/Engineer in Paper Manufacturing, FMCG or Converting environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems essential.
• Strong knowledge of Paper, Tissue or Converting manufacturing environments will be beneficial.
