Job summary

AVBOB invites South African graduates aged 18 to 35 to apply for the 2026/27 Internship Programme. The twelve-month placement offers real work experience in a long-standing organization that values development and rewards high performance.

You will assist with day-to-day tasks, support teams on projects, and learn technical and professional skills through structured training, mentoring, and development programmes.

Qualifications

• To be considered, applicants must be in possession of a qualification obtained from a recognised University or College in one of the following fields.
• LLB Degree/Labour Relations Degree/Diploma
• LLB or BCom Law Degree/Diploma
• Communication Degree/Diploma
• Actuarial Science/Mathematics/Data or Business Science/Risk
• Management Degree/Diploma

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day tasks within the assigned department.
• Support team members with projects and administrative duties.
• Learn and apply technical and professional skills in the workplace.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and development programmes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors to support business operations.
