SAB in Gauteng seeks a Maintenance Planner to drive TPM development and sustainment for brewing and packaging lines. The role centers on planning, scheduling and overseeing maintenance within the plant to boost reliability.

You will coordinate routine and autonomous maintenance, manage data in maintenance systems, and produce SAP reports while partnering with production and engineering teams to continuous improvement opportunities in safety and efficiency.

Formación

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent is required and trade tested.
• 3–5 years of production engineering experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of brewing and packaging plants is advantageous.
• PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Generate routine maintenance schedules using the planning system and allocate resources.
• Communicate schedules to production, engineering and support teams; resolve allocation issues.
• Verify routine maintenance completion and autonomous maintenance tasks by shift teams.
• Manage maintenance systems, ensure data integrity and generate SAP reports.
