Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume packaging environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Solid understanding of packaging machinery, materials, and processes.
• Knowledge of GMP, health and safety regulations in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of multiple packaging lines.
• Meet production targets for volume, quality and efficiency.
• Monitor packaging processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop packaging line operators, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Manage the allocation of staff and resources across the packaging lines.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist in reporting on line performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging line efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with product packaging specifications and quality standards.
