Job summary

Vine Recruitment in Paarl is seeking a reliable packaging machine operator to monitor and control a production line, ensuring machines run smoothly and products meet quality standards. You will report any irregularities promptly and assist with packing and other production duties as needed.

The role requires hands-on production work, strict adherence to safety procedures, and teamwork across shifts. Based in Paarl or nearby, some travel to the workplace may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating or minding machinery in a production, factory or packaging environment is essential.
• Good practical and mechanical awareness, with the ability to notice when a machine is not running correctly.
• Reliable, attentive and able to stay focused while monitoring a machine.
• Able to follow instructions, production procedures and safety requirements.
• Willing to assist with hands‑on production duties and work as part of a team.
• Based in Paarl or surrounding areas, or able to travel reliably to the workplace.
