Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or community engagement.

• Experience with social listening/monitoring tools and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to boost engagement across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly and brand-appropriately.
• Engage with followers, influencers and customers to build relationships and positive brand image.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) that invites interaction.
• Set community guidelines and moderate discussions for a safe environment.
• Escalate customer service issues or PR concerns to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to align engagement with campaigns.
• Track metrics like response rates, sentiment, and growth.
