Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in insurance, preferably UK
• Grade 12 or diploma
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities
• Ability to conduct appraisal discussions and communicate with large teams

Responsibilities

• Manage teams to meet quality and productivity targets
• Develop strategies on the floor to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction
• Document monthly performance reviews of Assistant Managers
• Conduct quarterly and annual appraisals of agents and Assistant Managers with development plans
• Mentor Agents and TLs for growth and development
• Drive reward and recognition on the floor
• Drive process improvement on the floor using Process Excellence methodology
• Review KPI performance regularly and plan improvements
• Stay in touch with the Client at Process Owner level to review progress
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations and information security standards
