Job summary

Winchmore Tutors is expanding its recruiting team to scale our tutor network across the UK. This hands-on role requires outbound outreach, high-volume calling, and closing candidates who meet our criteria.

You’ll conduct online interviews, onboard new tutors, and collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all tutors are cleared. If you thrive in fast-paced environments with tangible results, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in international outbound recruitment.
• Able to make at least 100 calls per day to prospective candidates.
• Strong phone presence and ability to influence outcomes.
• Willingness to work UK hours consistently.
• Experience in education or tutoring sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cold call prospective tutors at opportune times (UK hours).
• Pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet minimum requirements.
• Respond to tutors via databases and social media campaigns.
• Recruit tutors across multiple UK regions.
• Conduct online interviews and suitability assessments.
• Deliver onboarding and training for new tutors.
• Partner with compliance to clear tutors.
• Build and maintain strong tutor relationships.
• Keep systems and records accurate and up to date.
