Qualificações

• 1-3 years’ experience in call centre, telesales, or outbound sales.
• Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce services and generate interest in the business offering.
• Book appointments with medical professionals for financial advisors.
• Source and manage leads from various databases.
• Maintain and manage appointment schedules aligned to advisor diaries.
• Work closely with financial advisors and internal teams.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Contribute to overall new business revenue growth.
