RecruitSmith (PTY) LTD in Cape Town is seeking a confident, target-driven Dialler/Meeting Setter to contact prospective clients, generate interest in financial services, and book quality appointments for our Financial Advisers. The role rewards performance with commissions and ongoing support.

You will make outbound calls, introduce clients to advisers, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Confident, professional and persuasive manner.

• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous cold-calling, telesales, lead generation or appointment-setting experience is advantageous.

WE'RE HIRING: DIALLER / MEETING SETTER

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Industry: Financial Services
Salary: R5,000–R7,000 basic per month + performance-based commission

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Dialler / Meeting Setter to join our team in Cape Town. Your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective clients, generate interest in financial services and book quality appointments for our Financial Advisers (FAs).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, working towards targets and earning additional income through performance.
