Sasso Consulting is seeking experienced OT Security Specialists to assess and enhance cybersecurity across ICS and OT networks. You will implement controls in SCADA/DCS environments, balance safety with security, and collaborate across engineering and operations to strengthen critical infrastructure resilience.

Candidates should have hands-on OT cybersecurity experience, knowledge of industrial protocols, and familiarity with IEC 62443/NIST 800‑82 standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of OT cybersecurity experience or a closely related specialization.
• Proven hands-on experience securing operational technology or industrial control systems.
• Knowledge of OT networks, SCADA/DCS/PLC/HMI environments and industrial protocols.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800‑82 and related standards.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain cybersecurity controls across OT environments.
• Assess ICS/OT infrastructure to identify cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop OT security architectures aligned with industrial standards.
• Secure IT/OT integration and network segmentation between IT and OT networks.
• Apply defence‑in‑depth concepts to industrial infrastructure and supervise secure deployment of OT security technologies.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to implement improvements without impacting safety or availability.
