Job summary

Samaha Consulting seeks an Oracle Fusion Cloud expert to lead the digital transformation of our infrastructure deployment lifecycle. You will design and optimize the end-to-end Capital Project Asset Lifecycle, ensuring build costs are tracked and capitalized into the asset register.

Responsibilities include configuring Project Costing, CIP templates, and project-driven procurement integration, with an emphasis on automating capitalization and integrating with Fixed Assets and GL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM (Project Costing and Project Billing).
• Proven track record delivering at least two full-lifecycle implementations involving capital projects or Build-to-Asset workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Project Costing to track complex Capital Projects and WBS.
• Configure CIP asset accounting templates within Project Costing to isolate and accumulate build costs.
• Establish automated workflows to capitalize project expenditures into Fixed Assets.
• Design the Project-Driven Supply Chain framework to bridge procurement with project financial structures.
• Configure Oracle Purchasing to tag POs and vendor invoices with Project/Task attributes.
