Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies, including Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background (not functional), along with proven leadership experience to drive end-to-end solution delivery and manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers and technical consultants
• Drive design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion and ERP technical solutions
• Architect and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Work on Oracle Cloud development, extensions, and customizations
• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and data migration solutions
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee development using C# and SQL
• Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews and best practices
• Support SIT, UAT, and deployment activities
• Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics / OTBI / BI Tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Mentor and guide team members

Candidate must be from a Technical background only (NOT Functional). Hands‑on experience in technical development, integrations, and cloud solutions is mandatory.
