Job summary

WNS Global Services Inc. is seeking an Operations Trainer to deliver soft skill, product and technical training within assigned operational units in Durban. The role focuses on initial and ongoing training delivery and assessment.

You will manage learner records, complete training reports, and support up-skilling across teams. A Grade 12 and a background in learning & development are required, with Train the Trainer advantageous.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in training and development would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery
• Conduct new starter training as well as refresher, up-skilling and cross skilling training
• Assessment and remedial support for all training events
• Administration and capture of learner records
• Complete Annual Training Reports and delegate attendance registers
• Update operational skills matrix
