Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 12 staff members, fostering accountability and professional discipline.
• Coordinate daily office functions and technical deployments, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee technician performance, monitor site attendance, and provide high-level support for complex technical challenges.
• Support the technical sales team and manage overflow sales enquiries to maintain consistent revenue growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact and second-in-command, stepping into the Director’s role as required.
• Monitor workflows, manage escalations, and ensure all project deadlines are met within a structured environment.
