Job summary

CF & I Consulting in Alberton is seeking a seasoned operations lead to direct a multidisciplinary team of about 12 staff and ensure disciplined delivery across projects.

You will coordinate daily office functions, supervise technician performance, handle escalations, and support the technical sales team to sustain revenue growth. You’ll act as a key deputy to the Director and a primary point of contact for timely decisions.

• Oversee technician performance, monitor site attendance, and provide high-level support for complex technical challenges.
• Support the technical sales team and manage overflow sales enquiries to maintain consistent revenue growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact and second-in-command, stepping into the Director’s role as required.
• Monitor workflows, manage escalations, and ensure all project deadlines are met within a structured environment.
