Placements24 is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in Stellenbosch. This on-site role requires strong leadership to manage daily production activities, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality.

You will lead a team of production staff, implement process improvements, and participate in performance reviews and training to elevate operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in manufacturing leadership and safety

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar leadership role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
