Job summary

Zutari, a multinational engineering and advisory firm, seeks an experienced Operations Performance Analyst in Pretoria to drive business unit profitability and operational excellence. The role centers on analysis, dashboards, and performance management across projects and portfolios.

You will partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and governance, owning key dashboards and driving continuous improvement in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary degree; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Candidates with Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other suitable qualifications with postgraduate qualifications considered.
• Professional registration or progress towards registration is preferred.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years relevant experience in consulting engineering, professional services, or operational performance environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI required.
• Experience with ERP systems like Vantagepoint advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse utilisation performance across teams, disciplines, and offices to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse project performance against financial, operational, and delivery targets.
• Evaluate profitability, health indicators and performance drivers to support decisions.
• Maintain operational dashboards and business performance reporting for leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, and delivery performance.
